Sugarmoon® Salon is looking for a warm, professional, and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our beautiful Fonthill location. We are seeking someone who truly loves wellness, self-care, and helping guests feel their absolute best.

Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on guest needs and wellness goals
- Create a relaxing, clean, and elevated treatment experience
- Educate guests on wellness, self-care, and homecare recommendations
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional sanitation standards
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat bookings
- Collaborate with the front desk and spa team to provide exceptional guest care
- Support retail recommendations that align with treatment goals
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and guest care skills
- Passion for wellness and holistic self-care
- Friendly, warm-hearted, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience in a spa or wellness environment is considered an asset
