HVAC Sales Consultant
Join One Touch Heat & Cool Inc. as a HVAC Sales Consultant focused on HVAC Solutions.
In this specialized outside sales consultant role, you will be guiding clients through their various HVAC options. Using your consultative approach, you’ll evaluate each client’s home’s layout and efficiency needs, and recommend systems based on their unique lifestyles / budgets, and or future goals and needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospects for leads daily, by knocking on doors and engaging in conversations with residential homeowners in territories assigned by Sales manager
- Follows up with potential leads via door visits, phone calls, or emails to secure appointments
- Coordinates with Sales manager to ensure a seamless handoff of lead information and ensures open flow of communication
- Conduct in-home appointments with clients.
- Educate existing and new clients on HVAC systems, energy savings, rebates, and in- house financing options.
- Provide customized solution-based recommendations for each home.
- Keep abreast on the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards by attending trade shows, training seminars, and technical workshops to enhance product knowledge
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a sales team
- Prepare reports on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity
What You must have:
- Previous HVAC, door to door, or in-home sales experience is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle
- Be legally able to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
What You’ll receive:
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Expected start date: as soon as possible
Pay: $20hr + Commission
Work hours: Flexible
