Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday preferred, flexible for the right candidate). Overtime available when workload allows.
Location: St. Andrews Airport, St. Andrews, MB (reliable transportation required — not accessible by public transit)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be reupholstering aircraft seats and refurbishing interior aircraft panels. Day-to-day work includes stripping old coverings, cutting and shaping foams, patterning, sewing, and fitting new vinyl and leather coverings to a high standard of finish. At times you'll be working with minimal supervision, so we're looking for someone who can take a job from start to finish and hold themselves to a high standard. Attention to detail matters here — this is precision work where fit and finish are everything.
What We're Looking For
This position requires prior hands-on upholstery experience — we're looking for someone who already knows their way around foams, vinyls, and leathers.
- Prior experience in automotive, marine, aircraft, or furniture upholstery (required)
- Proven hands-on experience working with foams, vinyls, and leathers (required)
- Comfortable operating industrial sewing machines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision at times
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
- Aviation experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person on aviation-specific standards
