We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team of sales and leasing consultants. The right candidate will be able to effectively educate customers about the features and benefits of our vehicles, and then use their negotiation skills to make a sale. This position is ideal for someone whose education, experience and interests align with our company's business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
A willingness to make cold calls, create leads, and follow clients up
Comfortable using video platform to engage with clients
Present and demonstrate inventory
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with management team
Maintain customer satisfaction scores, gross average and monthly sold units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification

Pay: $39,500.00-$110,000.00 per year
