What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, humidifiers, and more
- Teaching customers how to confidently use their new equipment
- Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Promoting our membership and referral programs
- Participating in regular team training and meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Bonus if you hold a Gas Fitter, Sheet Metal, or Refrigeration ticket
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Organized, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction
$3,000 Signing Bonus for Journeypersons
We’re in this for the long haul—and we reward loyalty.
Available to certified journeypersons only, the bonus is paid out in four milestones:
- $500 after 30 days
- $750 after 90 days
- $750 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 12 months
