Raise is currently hiring a Digital Experience Coordinator on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our client is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the Alberta Interconnected Electric System.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
Digital Experience to join our clients team to deliver innovative, high-quality communications that inform, engage, and create meaningful end-to-end experiences across platforms and services. The Digital Experience Coordinator provides execution and coordination support for digital communications, graphic and web content and digital experience initiatives. Reporting to the Team Lead, Digital Experience and Design, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely publishing of content, routine creative production, analytics reporting and project coordination across digital channels.
The role ensures digital content and assets are delivered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with accessibility, governance, usability, and brand standards. It expands operational capacity within the Digital Experience and Design team, enabling greater focus on experience design, engaging content and stakeholder engagement. This is an ideal developmental role focused on building practical experience in enterprise content operations, analytics and reporting, graphic design and user experience support within a structured and collaborative environment.
The Digital Experience and Design team reports directly to the Director of Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and owns the digital strategy and user experience. The team executes design research and map user journeys across the organization and other channels, optimizing content through analytics, as well as designing compelling reports and assets, and producing video/photo content to turn complex grid topics into clear, strategic communications.
Responsibilities

Digital Content and Publishing Complete content updates, page creation, document publishing, and quality assurance activities across websites, intranet platforms, and digital engagement tools. Ensures all content aligns with brand, governance, usability and metadata standards, while coordinating content reviews, approvals, and version control processes with internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Design and Creative Production Support the development of updated branded assets, including graphics, presentations, infographics and templates, ensuring consistent application of visual identity standards. Supports the coordination and preparation of reports, photography and video production. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word,

User Experience and Digital Optimization Support user testing, feedback collection and content audits, and contributes to journey mapping and website improvement initiatives. Monitors digital platforms for usability, accessibility, content, and formatting issues, and supports ongoing efforts to improve the effectiveness and quality of digital experiences.

Analytics and Reporting Compile monthly website and digital engagement metrics and prepares recurring performance reports and dashboards using established tools and templates. Identifies and flags trends, anomalies and potential improvement opportunities to support data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in digital media, graphic design, web administration or related fields.

Web Content and Analytics:

Experience publishing content using a content management system. Intermediate understanding of digital analytics, user experience principles and accessibility standards.

Experience and Graphic Design:

Understanding of experience design methodologies such as journey mapping, design thinking, and service design principles is an asset. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office are essential.

Project Coordination:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting demands.

Education and Certifications

Coursework or certifications in web content management, accessibility, digital communications, analytics, or user experience considered an asset.
Additional Information

The initial contract will be for one year with a strong possibility of extension. We support a hybrid work environment, where the team is in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are flexible for where you work best.
