Position Summary:
As a restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our fast casual restaurant. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Implement and enforce operational standards to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Optimize workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Customer Experience:
- Implement customer service strategies to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor and address customer feedback and reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and financial targets for each location.
- Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in quick-service or fast casual restaurants, with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
