Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $31 per hour
Job Type: 3 months (with potential for extension or convert perm)

We are hiring an
Administrative Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading regulatory organization. The role provides administrative support to a professional team, including records management, application processing, and coordination of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Open, track, and close regulatory files for applications, filings, and disclosure reviews.
- Maintain records, databases, and tracking systems for submissions and fees.
- Process applications, correspondence, acknowledgements, and decision packages.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for professional staff.
- Process payments, fees, refunds, and assist with invoices.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional or regulatory environment.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience supporting a management team seen as an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
