This is a back-office, non-client-facing role focused on data processing, transaction processing, and wealth operations within a Wealth Operations environment. The role provides a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for the Operations function. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operations professional with 1 2 years of banking or wealth operations experience, solid Excel skills (including working with macros), basic investment product knowledge, and the ability to process high-volume financial transactions accurately in a compliance-focused environment. Previous TD operations experience is considered a major advantage. This is a high-risk, compliance-driven role where errors can have significant financial impact, and workload increases significantly during October, November, and December, with December being the busiest month.

- Process money movements and security transfers between client accounts.

Work with stocks, mutual funds, and other securities.

Review documentation accurately before processing transfers, as there is no room for making errors.

Use multiple internal systems and pre-built Excel macros (no macro creation required).

Run macros on a daily basis, working with Excel spreadsheets.

Communicate internally with advisors and externally with other financial institutions (e.g., mutual fund companies) to resolve transaction issues.

Work in a compliance-heavy environment processing high-risk transfer requests.

Meet service level agreements (SLAs) with a typical 1 2 day turnaround.

Performance measured by accuracy, productivity, and meeting SLAs.
