Security & Voice Communications Sales Professional
About the Role
ECI is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling security and voice communication solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and skilled at building strong relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and present tailored technology solutions that help businesses stay secure and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities using creative lead-generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments by actively listening and asking the right questions.
- Present and explain products and services with confidence and technical understanding.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally with security systems or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with products such as Kantech, DSC, Avigilon, Cloud-hosed voice solutions or similar.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets without close supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to keep learning about emerging products and trends.
