We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and energetic Dental Receptionist to join our well-established practice in beautiful North Vancouver!
As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our patients while keeping the front desk running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and juggling a variety of tasks in a busy, team-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable using Tracker dental software, and have a good understanding of dental terminology. Working alongside our reception team, you’ll help ensure the day-to-day operations flow seamlessly while delivering exceptional patient care and service.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Tracker dental management software
- Verify patient insurance information and update records accurately
- Collect payments and explain treatment plans or billing procedures to patients
- Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming

Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience as a Dental Receptionist preferred
- Proficiency with dental software such as Tracker is a must
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in Farsi is considered an asset
- Administrative experience that demonstrates professionalism and customer service excellence
- Able to work Saturdays

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
