Summary
Key Duties
Health & Safety Leadership: Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure all safety procedures are followed on-site.
Work Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop work plans, assign tasks, and coordinate resources efficiently.
Onsite Supervision: Supervise technicians to ensure tasks are completed to high standards, on schedule, and within budget.
Materials & Equipment Management: Order and track materials, ensure timely delivery to the site, and ensure the proper usage of equipment.
Client & Trade Coordination: Communicate regularly with clients, site managers, and other contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Incident Reporting: Report accidents and personnel issues to the appropriate parties and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Final Documentation: Review and submit all project paperwork, including job completion documentation and incident reports.
Cross-Training: Participate in training for other roles and contribute to process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical principles, ESA standards, and industry best practices.
Experience: 10 years of experience as an electrician, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience in industrial settings.
Trade Certifications: Valid Certificate of Qualification as a Construction and Maintenance Electrician (309A), Master Electrician License considered an asset
Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and a strong safety record.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay on schedule.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop efficient solutions.
Technology Proficiency: Intermediate computer skills for reporting and documentation.
First Aid Certification: Certified First Aid provider, considered an asset

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise electrical teams on various projects. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Pay: $42.50-$50.00 per hour
