**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Terrain Park Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of our snow features and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for winter sports, a strong background in snow park design, and proven leadership experience. This role requires effective management skills to ensure the terrain park remains a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all visitors.
**Duties**
- Manage daily operations of the snow terrain park, including the setup and maintenance of features, trails, and safety measures.
- Supervise and lead a team of park staff and groomers to ensure high-quality care of all snow features.
- Plan, design, and implement new features that enhance the park's appeal and function for winter sports enthusiasts.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of snow features and facilities to ensure safety and optimal conditions.
- Coordinate with local authorities and community groups for events and competitions held in the terrain park.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in snow park management and safety standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in snow park design, construction, or management is essential.
- Knowledge of techniques for maintaining park features.
- Familiarity with winter sports and an understanding of the needs of park users is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project management.
- A passion for winter recreation and community engagement is highly desirable.
