HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing team and all marketing programs. Under the guidance of the Marketing Specialist, the Coordinator is responsible for the execution of Facebook, YouTube, local listings, Google, and in-store signage programs with the goal of reaching potential customers and driving sales in our stores.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital (Facebook, Listings, YouTube)
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's national and 142 local Facebook pages through the SOCi platform.
- Develop Facebook content and provide guidance to stores on local execution.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager; monitor performance and optimize spend.
- Interact with users and respond to Facebook messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner.
- Pull Facebook analytics and metrics; summarize performance and recommend appropriate actions for stores.
- Support the launch and execution of YouTube campaigns as the channel gets underway.
- Coordinate local SEO and business listings across Google, Facebook, and other directories through SOCi to ensure accuracy and consistency across all 142 locations.
- Monitor and manage Google reviews across all 142 locations; respond to customers in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Local Marketing
- Coordinate and lead local marketing plans for all store Grand Openings and all related marketing, media (newspaper, radio, etc), and promotional activities.
- Develop and coordinate local Facebook calendar and schedule for grand openings.
- Assist stores and DMs with local marketing requests.
Signage
- Create signs for all in-store programs.
- Maintain up to date store signage and act as key liaison with our stores to support their signage needs.
- Develop allocation lists for each POP program and signage material for printers.
- Coordinate printing, shipping and tracking to ensure stores receive appropriate signage and collateral.
Administration/Other
- Support and assist in day-to-day marketing initiatives.
- Assist in weekly store communication for marketing promotions.
- Manage marketing calendar and work back schedules
- Monitor and track all Marketing invoices.
- Respond to questions and requests from the field.
- Administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Experience/Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- College Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Social analytics tools knowledge (Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Adobe.
- Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment.
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- AI program knowledge an asset – ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI.
