Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into client Wealth. This role operates in a fast-paced call center environment and requires strong communication, technical, and organizational skills.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to financial institutions to follow up on client transfer requests into client Wealth.
· Work in a call center environment where approximately 80% of daily responsibilities involve conducting outbound calls.
· Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions.
· Update internal systems with accurate and complete information.
· Perform data entry activities, accounting for approximately 20% of daily responsibilities.
· Work with internal applications including ISM, Kofax (Imaging System), and in-house Case Management Software.
· Update tickets and maintain accurate documentation throughout the transfer process.
· Ensure accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
· Previous Operations experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong professional and interpersonal skills with proven phone communication experience.
· Experience making outbound calls in a professional environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent multitasking abilities.
· High technical aptitude.
· Strong MS Excel skills with a good understanding of spreadsheets.
· Ability to learn and work with Excel macros during training.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
· Previous call center experience.
· Experience with ISM, EIS, and ticketing systems.
· Banking experience.
· Bilingual in French and English.
· Experience working with Excel macros.
