Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring product quality through rigorous inspection, data collection, and quality management practices. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform detailed analysis of quality data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for process improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Utilize QA/QC techniques to verify product integrity, safety, and performance throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Collect, document, and report quality data accurately for review by management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective measures taken to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on data analysis and quality metrics.
- Performing quality checks throughout production.
- Monitoring food safety and GMP compliance.
- Completing quality documentation and records.
- Conducting product inspections and reporting any quality concerns.
- Working closely with Production to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality inspection, quality control, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (such as ISO standards) and QA/QC methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry-specific standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data collection and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of statistical tools and techniques used in quality analysis is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Control are a plus but not required.
Pay: $17.80-$19.00 per hour
