The Role We are expanding our interior installation business in Calgary. I need one person to take full ownership of this market. You will handle two things: Selling the jobs and making sure they get built.
This is a role for someone who is tired of being micro-managed and wants to run a territory like it’s their own business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Closing Sales: Meeting with customers, quoting high-end interior projects, and getting the contract signed.
- Managing Installs: Coordinating with our local contractors, showing up on-site to supervise, and ensuring the job is finished perfectly and on time.
- Communication: Being the main point of contact between the customer and the trades. You make sure everyone is on the same page.
Requirements:
- Fluent English: You need to communicate clearly with both homeowners and construction crews.
- A Vehicle: You must own a reliable vehicle and drive to various sites across Calgary daily.
- Self-Starter: If you need someone to tell you what to do every hour, this isn't for you. You get the leads, you get the jobs, and you get them done.
- High Energy: You’re a go-getter who wants to earn based on performance.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission.
- No ceiling on your earnings. If you sell and complete more, you make more.
