- A passionate stylist ready to learn the art of safe needle piercing (bonus if you are already certified).
- A customer service expert who can create memorable experiences.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, safe piercing services in line with Pilgrim standards.
- Use Pilgrim Connect & signature Pilgrim actions to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure impeccable visual presentation, strict inventory management, and optimal store organization.
- Proudly represent the Pilgrim brand, its values, and its story.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a bonus).
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends, as well as mandatory black out periods for piercing events.
- Willingness to learn the art of ear piercing or already certified.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative driven.
What We Offer:
- Full piercing training (included and paid)
- Competitive base salary
- 2% commission on personal sales (average annual: $6,760)
- Generous monthly store performance bonus (up to: $4,000 annually)
