We're looking for Architectural Sheet Metal Foremen and Apprentices to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced leader or looking to advance your career through an apprenticeship, we offer long-term opportunities with a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Do
- Install architectural sheet metal systems, including flashings, copings, fascia, soffits, roof edging, custom metal components, and roofing details.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install sheet metal products accurately and safely.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.
- Follow WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver exceptional results.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in architectural sheet metal installation is an asset.
- Foreman candidates should have experience leading crews and commercial projects.
- Apprentices must be motivated, reliable, and eager to learn the trade.
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
