The Site Support Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and administration.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing sign-in procedures, and directing individuals appropriately;
- Create and modify documents, data entry, and manage various computer programs;
- Assist with compiling reports and maintaining departmental records;
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports;
- Assist with various projects and special events;
- Provide support for company departments;
- Answer phone calls;
- Maintain office supplies inventory;
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM:
- Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration is preferred; however, candidates with relevant, demonstrated experience will be given priority;
- Intermediate to proficient skills using MS Office software and other computer database systems;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
