Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Previous Gym or front desk experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions for quality assurance
- Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, including billing and documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Uphold gym policies and standards of hospitality excellence at all times.
- Ability to problem solve member accounts without constant supervision.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage in serving our diverse guests
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating a welcoming environment
Pay: $17.85-$24.00 per hour
