We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Crew Member to join our Landscape Maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance on commercial properties
- Grass cutting, trimming, edging, blowing, garden maintenance, and litter clean-up
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to complete daily routes and maintain quality standards
- Assist with seasonal services and winter operations when needed
Schedule
- April–November: Monday–Friday, 6:20 AM start
- 35–50 hours per week (in-season)
- Winter hours vary (snow removal work available)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience considered an asset
- Experience operating landscaping equipment is an asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
