- Assisting front counter, back counter, wholesale and internal customers Receive, sort and count incoming shipments an orderly and organized manner Maintain accurate inventory and complete bin checks Upkeep a clean and safe work environment Follow parts department process Check emails and response to customers’ requests promptly Provide service technicians with parts that are required Knowledge in Serti is preferred Comply with all relevant Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures Communicate directly with Parts Manager, Service Department Technicians and service advisors.
