The Opportunity
Our growing clinic is seeking full-time and/or part time Affiliate Therapists at our Lakeshore and Windsor locations to provide psychotherapy services to children, teens, and their caregivers.
As an independent contractor at Bloom, you will:
- Assess client needs and collaboratively establish therapeutic goals
- Provide developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed interventions
- Support caregivers as part of the therapeutic process
- Develop practical strategies to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and growth
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Engage in reflective, ethical, and anti-oppressive practice
- Uphold strict confidentiality and clinic protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
- Registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with children, youth, and families
- Training in a range of therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, attachment-based work)
- Strong communication skills and comfort contributing to a growing team knowledge base
- A commitment to strengths-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practice
