We are looking for an meat packager / processor to join our team part time two days a week (Wednesdays and Sundays)!

We offer our customers an authentic & unique butchery experience, bringing them the best healthy and tasty meats, properly prepared and packaged. We cut from whole carcasses, source locally and believe in supporting as many of our farmer neighbors as possible. If you share our passions, this may be an ideal opportunity.
As a meat packer you will vacuum seal packages and use a scale printer to properly label meat. You learn to operate the meat grinder and grind and package meat. The role also requires you to keep your packaging space clean and tidy.
The following qualifications are an asset; strong understanding of food processing and sanitation practices, experience in packaging and manufacturing within the food industry, experience working in a fast paced environment.
We need someone reliable, organized and exceptional at working in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be someone capable of working under pressure who thrives in a fast-paced environment that can be physically demanding and require handling heavy loads and working on their feet for extended periods. The position is for Sundays & Wednesdays only, you will be required to work every Wednesday & Sunday other then booked vacation.
