Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your sales expertise within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. Fluency in English, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new security contracts
- Identify opportunities within construction, property management, corporate, and industrial sectors
- Build executive-level client relationships
- Lead proposal development and contract negotiations
- Drive revenue growth through long-term service agreements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Represent AEGONIX Services Inc. with professionalism and integrity
- Prepare sales proposals, reports, and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the organisation’s offerings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience within the security services industry
- Demonstrated history of closing guard service contracts
- Established network within property management, construction, or corporate sectors
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset

Probation Period
