Overview
Allsteel Enterprises Inc. is a steel fabrication and erection company based out of Maple Ridge and we work at job sites all over the lower mainland. We are looking for labourers to join our crews and if interested and capable, an apprenticeship into either metal fabrication or welding. We offer commuting to and from the jobsites from our shop.
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cleaning, drilling, and installing materials.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to project safety and requirements.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
- Assist where needed performing different tasks on site.
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to steel erection and various tasks tailored towards this trade.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
