- Working in the cooler

Proceed customer meat orders and special-order meat product requests.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.

Comply and implement all applicable company standards.

Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.

Participate in the training of junior staff.
