At Peach Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre, we treat ~2,000 patients a month across two busy Chatham clinics — physio, massage, chiro, pelvic health, and more. You'll build a full caseload quickly, with weekly 1:1 mentorship and full admin support behind you. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced clinician, we'll meet you where you are.
What you'll actually earn
We're upfront about money. You'll work on a fee-split model, and your earnings grow as your caseload fills- most clinicians land in the $85,000–$125,000 range, with the top end reflecting an established, full schedule. The range is wide because your income scales with your book, and ours fills fast.
While you ramp up:
- $200/day guaranteed for your first 4 weeks while your caseload builds — you're never starting at zero
- $2,000 signing bonus
- Optional quarterly performance incentives you choose each quarter

Mentorship that's real, not a checklist
You won't be handed a schedule and left to figure it out:
- Weekly 1:1 mentorship built around your clinical goals
- Monthly team clinical meetings — case reviews, presentations, guest speakers
- Hands-on caseload-building support from day one
- A clear path into clinical leadership, program development, or business roles if you want it
The clinical environment
Private assessment rooms with electric plinths, a well-equipped gym, 60-min assessments, 30-min follow-ups, and PTA support. Full admin team handles scheduling, billing, and laundry so you can focus on patients. You'll have access to pelvic health (prenatal/postnatal), radial shockwave, Class IV laser, acupuncture & dry needling, blood flow restriction, spinal manipulation, and vestibular/concussion care. Interested in building a pelvic health caseload? Great - but it's an asset, not a requirement.
