Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RDA II (Registered Dental Assistant) to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including exams, restorations, extractions, and endodontic treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Manage patient records accurately using Gold software system
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients with clear communication
- Assist with pediatric patients by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring their comfort
- Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment Skills
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with RDA certification or license
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and pediatric dentistry practices
- Familiarity with CAD systems for imaging and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients of all ages
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinical setting while maintaining attention to detail
