Position Summary
Park West Pharmacy is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to providing high-quality community pharmacy care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling and patient support
- Support OAT/iOAT, compliance, and specialty medication programs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow standards
- Support daily pharmacy operations and inventory management
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional environment
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with OAT, iOAT, compliance, or specialty medication programs considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
