About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you'll be the operational leader of one of our Tri-Cities clinics, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience while creating an environment where your team can thrive.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people leadership, operational excellence, customer service, and business management. You'll work closely with both our administrative and clinical teams to ensure the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining Coast Therapy's high standards of care.
What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing administrative team
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
- Conduct regular coaching, performance conversations, and team development
Clinic Operations
- Ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes
- Support billing procedures, including ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health claims
- Maintain clinic standards for organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Patient Experience
- Create exceptional experiences from the first phone call through patient discharge
- Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with patients and practitioners
- Ensure every interaction reflects Coast Therapy's commitment to outstanding service
Business & Communication
- Support clinic performance through effective organization and operational planning
- Communicate company initiatives and goals to your team
- Collaborate with senior leadership on clinic operations and improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare privacy standards
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as managing operations.
You bring:
- Experience leading a medical clinic, healthcare practice, or similar service-based business
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- A positive, solution-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Confidence making decisions independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Jane App or another EMR system is considered an asset
- Knowledge of ICBC and WorkSafeBC billing is a strong asset
- MOA certification or equivalent healthcare administration experience is an asset

Compensation
$25.00–$28.00 per hour
Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and healthcare administration experience.
Schedule
- Full-time
- In-person
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is appreciated to support clinic operations.
- Primary assignment will be within our Tri-Cities clinics, with opportunities to support multiple locations as needed.
