Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our team in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that support our business operations. Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM Pro modules (Asset Lifecycle, Procurement, Inventory, Stockrooms)
Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle (request → procurement → deployment → retirement → disposal)
Configure asset models, stock rules, transfer orders, and inventory workflows
Integrate HAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/Intune, and procurement systems
Develop custom scripts, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)
Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between CMDB and asset records
Implement barcode/RFID-based inventory and asset tracking solutions
Support audit and compliance requirements (especially for regulated industries)
Create reports and dashboards for asset utilization, lifecycle status, and cost optimization
Collaborate with ITSM, procurement, finance, and infrastructure teams
Troubleshoot platform and data issues, and optimize performance
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
Experience:
- Servicenow HAM: 5 years (preferred)
- Servicenow SAM: 5 years (preferred)
