Job description:
Schedule – Monday to Friday
This position will work with the finance team to analyze and interpret driver trips to ensure the utmost accuracy of our billing and payroll activities. This position requires a highly motivated, detailed oriented and organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the availability to work independently .
Role
· Review and verification of drivers timesheets to enter for payroll.
· Review and interpret sales contract relating to billing.
· Investigate driver pay questions/concerns.
· Maintain impeccable records of trips analyzed, communication logs and the outcome of investigations.
· Coordination of special customer billing requests.
· Maintain SOPs on own account.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
· Undergraduate degree or college diploma
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to consolidate, analyze and summarize large amounts of data from a variety of sources.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Logistics experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25 per hour

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
