We are looking for a dependable, experienced Flooring Installer (primary)/Shop helper (secondary) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of flooring products, including vinyl, tile and rubber
- Measure, prepare, and level subfloors.
- Cut and fit flooring materials with precision.
- Complete installations to a high standard of quality and workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous flooring installation experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
