ROLE SUMMARY:
We seek an experienced server to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a serving position and at least 1 year of experience bartending in a high-volume dining establishment. We would love to hear from you if you have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a multitasking environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting and seat guest in a courteous and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Processing payments and making accurate change
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials
- Following all health and safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- 1+ years of experience as a bartender
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must have a valid food handler and SMART Serve Certificate
