Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering top-quality work across a variety of property maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and installation work on residential and commercial properties
- Complete tasks including painting, drywall repair, caulking, deck refinishing, junk removal, and other property upkeep services
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and management
- Follow all health, safety, and company compliance standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related trade is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be reliable, punctual, and client-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
