Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing custom exhibits, displays, trade show booths, retail fixtures, and experiential marketing installations. This role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of materials while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom exhibits, displays, retail fixtures, and trade show booths.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Operate woodworking and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, laminate, assemble, and finish wood, MDF, plywood, plastics, laminates, aluminum, and other materials.
- Install hardware, trims, acrylics, lighting components, and other exhibit accessories.
- Perform sanding, finishing, touch-ups, and quality inspections.
- Ensure finished products meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with packing and preparing completed exhibits for shipment and installation when required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in exhibit fabrication, custom millwork, cabinetry, retail fixture manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to read technical drawings and shop plans.
- Experience using woodworking and fabrication tools, including table saws, panel saws, routers, drills, sanders, and other shop equipment.
- Experience with laminates, veneers, acrylics, aluminum, and other exhibit materials is an asset.
- Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
- Manufacturing and fabrication shop environment.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
