Nova Drywall is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Drywall Site Supervisor to lead our crews and keep projects running smoothly from framing to final finish. If you know drywall inside and out and can manage a job site with confidence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations on residential and commercial drywall projects
- Supervise and coordinate installation, taping, and finishing crews
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Schedule material deliveries and manage on-site inventory
- Ensure work meets quality standards and building codes
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks
- Track project timelines and communicate progress to management
- Train and mentor junior crew members
- Liaise with general contractors, clients, and other trades on-site
What You Bring
- 5+ years of drywall installation/finishing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques (framing, boarding, taping)
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs
- Solid understanding of jobsite safety standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on ladders/scaffolding

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
