Job Description:
Axglo is seeking a skilled and passionate Golf Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the game of golf. As a Golf Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support for their equipment
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf push cart, golf electric cart, and other equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with golf electric cart, including but not limited to Golf bags, golf accessories and electronics.
- Assist customers with golf push carts and electric golf push carts, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including inventory management and parts ordering.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience not required but will be beneficial
- Basic knowledge of golf equipment brands, models, and specifications.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
