Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist clients arriving at the office
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Prepare final reports for real estate transactions
- Order title and off-title due diligence searches
- Open and set up new client files
- Provide general administrative support to lawyers and legal staff
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of a legal assistant or paralegal program (preferred), or
- Equivalent office/administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with phones, courier logistics, and file management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and reliability

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
