Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments in commercial facilities. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as appropriate
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled shift times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
