Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed 313D HVAC Technician (Gas Tech) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, boiler operations, and appliance repair. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring safety and efficiency across multiple projects. The technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance services while adhering to safety standards and codes.
Duties
- Perform maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, including gas heating units and ventilation equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Inspect boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components to identify faults or inefficiencies
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols during all activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs and reports
Skills
- Valid 313D HVAC License (Gas Tech) required
- Strong background in HVAC systems, including gas heating units and ventilation systems
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively
- Mechanical or mechanic experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration
