Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Anata Dental Clinic is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- $50–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position
- 4 or 5 days per week
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
- Accurately document patient histories and treatment notes using Dentrix or similar software
- Apply sealants and other preventive agents as needed
- Maintain infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Monitor and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Build strong relationships with patients and promote long-term oral health
Qualifications
- Current RDH license in Ontario
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is an asset
- Knowledge of procedure codes and insurance billing is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
