Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The Appliance Technician will also be responsible for interpreting schematics, and assisting with assembly tasks as needed. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.
- Perform routine maintenance, part replacements, and troubleshooting using proper tools and testing equipment.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repair options, timelines, and costs.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and parts tracking accurately using mobile software or work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
- Provide professional, courteous service that reflects company values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an appliance repair technician or related technical field preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license with own transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various customer environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency (for work orders and scheduling).
- Permanent residents or Canadian citizens preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
