As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing an outstanding experience for both retail and wholesale customers. What You’ll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries.
- Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership software.
- Prepare accurate quotes and process parts orders efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
- Process warranty and return requests when required.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred.
- Experience with Hyundai parts systems is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
