Career1 Staffing is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing environment in Mississauga. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent support to customers while coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, requests, and documentation accurately
- Provide updates regarding order status, deliveries, and customer requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
- Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Prepare reports, documents, and complete administrative tasks as required
- Support daily customer service and office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, administration, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environment is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive customer-focused attitude
