Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labourers. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across different departments, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment
- Support the assembly, packaging, or sorting processes as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors
- Support team members with miscellaneous tasks to ensure production deadlines are met
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in general labour or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
