Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues for technicians.
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with mechanics to prioritize repairs and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, repairs, and customer interactions.
Skills
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong plus, aiding in effective communication with technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Proficient cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in transactions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
