Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery
- Foster a positive and relaxing environment to enhance client satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client feedback for ongoing care
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and wellness advice effectively
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related healthcare fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
